Alex Bennett is no ordinary fitness instructor. Alex is a 2x Golf Digest Top 50 Fitness Instructor who has been featured on CBS, NBC, Golf Digest and the Golf Channel. Not to mention, currently coaches top tour players like Billy Horschel, Sam Ryder, Carl Yuan, Tyson Alexander, Nico Echavarria and many many others.Â
So, yeah, this guy knows a thing or two about performance and mobility.Â
Alex is based at TPC Sawgrass, home of The Players Championship and works directly at the PGA Tour's Performance Center.

DO YOU OFFER LIVE COACHING?
Absolutely! We get it, everyone needs accountability. That's why at least once per week we go live for fitness training that will help you get stronger and more mobile to improve your health and golf game!
You will be given a date and time a week in advance of when the Live Workout will take place.
Alex, through his TPI training and years of experience as an elite-level golfer, brings a wealth of knowledge to the gym.
