How I got started

After playing 4 years of collegiate golf, I decided to turn pro. My last two years of college golf were injury riddled. My first year as a pro I had a major shoulder injury. Post rehab I continued to struggle with neck and back pain. I knew deep down what I had been doing in the gym had to contribute to these issues. The years that followed I dove head first into studies about corrective exercise science, biomechanics, sports performance, and strength training. I made it my mission to help people avoid the same mistakes I made. I have been lucky enough to work at the PGA Tour's Performance Center since 2017. I've had the pleasure to learn and work with some of the best players and coaches in the world. This is truly my dream not only to help people play better golf but to feel better physically day in and day out.
